Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Our Zero-Tolerance Commitment to Ethical Practice and Human Rights

Stravica Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all parts of our business and supply chains.
We are committed to operating ethically, transparently, and with integrity in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and related UK legislation.

Our operations include facilities management, cleaning, refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance services across the UK — sectors that can carry higher risks of labour exploitation. We therefore take proactive measures to prevent abuse at every stage of employment and procurement.

Our commitments include:

  • Embedding due diligence within recruitment and supplier management.
  • Conducting checks to ensure all workers have the right to work in the UK and are paid fairly.
  • Including anti-slavery clauses and audit rights in all supplier and subcontractor contracts.
  • Training our teams and supply partners to recognise and report red flags such as coercion, withheld wages, or restricted movement.
  • Providing clear reporting and escalation routes, including safeguarding and the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline (08000 121 700).
  • Supporting victims sensitively through recognised channels such as the National Referral Mechanism (NRM).

The Managing Director holds overall accountability for ensuring this policy is implemented, monitored, and reviewed. Annual audits, supplier assessments, and key performance indicators are used to track progress and identify improvements.

Stravica Ltd will publish a Modern Slavery Statement each year, where applicable, outlining the actions we have taken to assess and manage modern slavery risks within our business and supply chain.
