Our Health and Safety Policy

Stravica Ltd operates a zero-harm, prevention-first culture across office and site operations. We comply with UK H&S law (incl. HSWA 1974, MHSWR 1999, CDM 2015, COSHH, PUWER, RIDDOR) and manage risk through an ISO-45001–aligned management system.

What this means in practice

• Plan & control: task-specific RAMS; hierarchy of controls before PPE; dynamic risk assessment on site.
• Competence: mandatory inductions; role-based training (manual handling, working at height, COSHH, LOTO, fire warden); regular refreshers.
• Contractors: pre-qualification, site inductions, RAMS approval, spot checks and non-conformance close-out.
• Wellbeing: health surveillance where required; mental-health support; fatigue and working-time controls.
• Emergency readiness: fire safety, first aid, spill response and tested evacuation procedures.
• Speak up: we encourage hazard and near-miss reporting—no reprisals.
   

Governance & contact
