Stravica is committed to a fair, inclusive workplace and service—where everyone is respected, safe, and able to succeed.
Our Commitment
We don’t tolerate discrimination, bullying or harassment. We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and related standards, and we build inclusion into how we hire, manage, pay, train, buy, and deliver services across all contracts.
What This Means in Practice
- Fair employment: Recruitment and progression based on merit, with reasonable adjustments provided.
- Respect at work: Zero-tolerance for harassment and victimisation; clear routes to raise concerns.
- Accessible services: Plain-English and WCAG-compliant communications; alternative formats on request.
- Inclusive procurement: Suppliers must meet our EDI standards and cooperate with audits.
- Data & transparency: We track EDI KPIs (training, pay equity, representation, accessibility SLAs) and act on findings.
- Continuous improvement: Annual action plan, leadership oversight, and regular policy reviews.
Who This Policy Applies To
Employees (permanent, temporary and agency), applicants, contractors, suppliers, visitors and service users interacting with Stravica teams on any site.
How We Support Inclusion
- Mandatory EDI and anti-harassment training for all staff (with enhanced manager modules).
- Adjustments for disability, pregnancy, menopause, neurodiversity and caring responsibilities.
- Inclusive uniforms/PPE and welfare facilities.
- Monitoring of representation, recruitment outcomes, pay equity and supplier compliance.
Raise A Concern
If you experience or witness discrimination, bullying or harassment, report it to your line manager or HR. You can also use our confidential Speaking Up (Whistleblowing) channel. We protect anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
Supplier Expectations
All suppliers and subcontractors must uphold the Equality Act 2010 and our EDI Policy, train their teams, and allow audit. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to contract termination.
