We provide a complete facilities management solution including hard and soft FM services — from reactive maintenance, building compliance, and asset care to cleaning, security coordination, and waste management.

Q6. Do you provide Cleaning Services for all types of sites?
Yes. We deliver regular, deep, and specialist cleaning across commercial buildings, offices, schools, housing blocks, and refurbishment projects.
Our cleaning teams use safe, environmentally friendly products and are trained in COSHH, infection control, and health and safety procedures.


Q7. What is included in Property Refurbishment and Fit Out?

Please include brief details of your property, required services, and preferred timelines — and our team will respond within one working day to arrange a detailed quotation or site visit.


Q14. How quickly can Stravica mobilise a new contract?

We can mobilise most routine facilities or cleaning contracts within 10–15 working days of agreement. Larger or specialist projects (such as refurbishments or compliance programmes) will follow a phased mobilisation plan agreed with the client.


Q15. Do you use subcontractors?

Yes — but only trusted, pre-vetted partners who meet Stravica’s strict standards for safety, quality, and compliance. All subcontractors sign our Supplier Code of Conduct and are subject to audit, supervision, and performance review throughout delivery.


Q16. How do you ensure service quality?

We operate a structured Quality Management System (QMS) with performance KPIs, site audits, and client feedback loops. Each contract has a dedicated contact for escalation and review, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
